It’s reassuring to know that one can bring a car to a place, have major work done and have it all back together working perfectly. When I do my own wrenching, there are no guarantees and anxiousness hoping it all goes back together perfectly. (Where does that “spare” bolt go?) I know it may not be a big deal to you because you do this every day and have done so for years, but it’s a big deal for me. Like you say on your invoice, “if it will make someone’s day, say it”… So thank you Mark.
